Anthony Szatow

Anthony (Tosh) Szatow is an innovative leader in the sustainability and energy sectors, currently holding roles in Growth and Innovation at Flow Power and as a Mentor at LaunchPad Academy. With a strong background as a Co-Founder of BOOMPower and a key figure at Good Ideas Factory, Tosh has demonstrated a commitment to integrating technology with climate solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Sustainability Director at APD Projects, where carbon footprint analysis and carbon neutral strategies were developed. Tosh also co-founded Energy for the People and The People’s Solar, focusing on clean energy transition and community resilience. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Science from the University of Sydney.
