Flow Therapy
Richard Browne, MD FACC, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Strategy at Flow Therapy since May 2024. Previously, Richard held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson from June 2021 to May 2024, including Senior Medical Executive for Health Systems and Health Equity and Medical Director for Cardiovascular Strategy. Richard has been involved with the American College of Cardiology as a Councilor for the North Carolina Chapter since 2017 and worked as a Cardiologist at Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute from 2015 to 2021, also serving as the Team Cardiologist for the Charlotte Hornets from 2016 to 2020. Richard's extensive experience includes positions at Atrium Health, where significant roles included Medical Director and Cardiologist at Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute. Additionally, Richard contributed to medical education as a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School from 1996 to 1997. Richard obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine, completed an Internal Medicine residency at Harvard Medical School, and pursued a Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship at the University of Virginia.
