Jason Taylor

Jason Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Customer Service Director at Flowbird Group since January 2019, Jason also holds the roles of UK+ Customer Services Director and International Head of Service. Prior to this, Jason spent a decade at Parkeon in positions including Head of Service and Regional Service Manager. Earlier career roles include Area Service Manager at Wayfarer Transit Systems and Weapons Engineer in the Royal Navy, where Jason served for nearly eleven years.
