Robert Young

Robert Young is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in architecture and DevOps, currently serving as Chief Architect and Head of UK Architects and Platform at Flowbird Group since February 2023. Prior roles include Architecture & DevOps Lead at Capgemini, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of approximately 20 professionals and overseeing technical delivery, as well as significant contributions to digital transformation at Southern Water as a Senior Solutions Architect. Robert has previously held key positions at Flowbird Group, Siemens, Bournemouth University, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Citi, demonstrating expertise in cloud migration, team leadership, and strategic architecture development. Robert holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Communication Systems from Bournemouth University.
