Jim Coogan

Jim Coogan is a highly experienced project operations manager with a robust background in technology and project management across various sectors, including public service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Project Operations Manager at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries since January 2020, Jim leads Quality Assurance processes for the PMO Gate process. Previously, Jim held prominent positions such as Senior Project Manager for the Florida Department of Agriculture, where responsibilities included overseeing statewide technology solutions, and Manager at the Florida Department of Children and Families, providing vendor management and executive-level reporting. With significant experience at Deloitte and as Director of PMO at iCube Consultancy Services Inc., Jim has a strong foundation in client management, project planning, and IT management, bolstered by a BS in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
