Bill Velasco

Bill Velasco, CPA has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Bill started their career as a Financial Analyst at Miles Laboratories in 1987. Bill then worked at NCR Corporation, where they held positions such as Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Pricing Manager, and Treasurer in the Latin America division.

Following NCR Corporation, Velasco worked at Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC as a Financial Controller for Latin America. Bill then joined Lexmark as the CFO of the Latin America Division.

Velasco later worked as an Independent SOX Consultant at Costa Cruises, AvBorne, and Cross Country Trav Corps. Bill then joined AT&T as the CFO of a joint-venture with MTNetwork to provide cellular coverage onboard cruise line ships.

Their most recent position was at Flowserve Corporation, where they held roles such as Director of Global Consolidations, Global Controller, and Vice President of Accounting. As Global Controller for the Flow Solutions Group, they were responsible for integrated acquisitions and generating annual revenues exceeding US$500MM.

Bill Velasco, CPA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained between 1982 and 1987. In 2004, they completed the Advanced Management Leadership program at the Roffey Park Institute, specifically the WW Management Development Program. Additionally, Velasco recently achieved their CPA certification from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy in December 2021.
