Patricia Bafford

Patricia Bafford has extensive experience in quality management and leadership roles. Patricia currently serves as the Director of Quality at Flowserve Corporation, responsible for driving a quality, risk, process, and compliance management infrastructure. Previously, they worked at Honeywell, where they held various positions including Director of Quality Engineering and Global Quality Management System Leader. Patricia also served as the Senior Director of Corporate Quality at Stanley Furniture Company and held roles at Rowe Furniture, GF Companies, and Charles River Endosafe Ltd. Throughout their career, Patricia has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Patricia Bafford holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Advanced Product Quality Planning Certification from Quality-One International in 2023, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Honeywell International in 2009, Kaizen/Lean Leader Trainer Certification from Simpler Solutions in 2007, OSHA Management Trainer Certification from the University of Virginia in 2001, Teambuilding Facilitator Certification from Clemson University in 1998, Quality Auditor Certification from the American Society of Quality in 1995, and Certified Fire Inspector I (CFI) Certification from the NATIONAL BOARD ON FIRE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INC in 1992.
