Roz Yoder

Roz Yoder, PHR, currently serves as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Flowserve Corporation, where the focus is on aligning HR strategy with organizational goals. Prior to joining Flowserve in March 2024, Roz held multiple HR roles at TDECU from November 2017 to March 2024, providing expert guidance on employee relations and performance management. Experience also includes positions at Mammoet, Insperity, Bluware, Inc., and Star of Hope Mission, where Roz contributed to talent acquisition, compliance with employment laws, and development of HR practices. Roz Yoder earned a BBA in Business from Texas Woman's University and completed mediator training at the University of Houston Law Center in 2018.
