Nathalie Julien

Nathalie Julien has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nathalie is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at FLS Transportation Services. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Partenaire d'affaires principale RH at the same company. Before joining FLS Transportation Services, Nathalie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Prometic, where they provided support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR areas. Nathalie played a crucial role in supporting the acquisition of a new entity and ensuring a smooth transition for the employees. Nathalie also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CompuCom, where they supported Canadian and American managers in HR management and provided guidance on HR processes and policies. Nathalie has also held HR managerial positions at VKI Technologies and Advanced Research Technologies (ART), where they managed the HR function, budgets, and supervised HR staff. With their extensive experience and expertise in HR, Nathalie has developed a strong skill set in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, change management, and HR processes.

Nathalie Julien obtained their Certificate in Management Development from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) during the period of 2015 to 2020. Prior to this, from 1995 to 1999, they earned another Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from HEC Montréal. Additionally, in the years 1992 to 1994, Nathalie received a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from McGill University.
