Sebastian Olschowski

Sebastian Olschowski is currently the Head of Research EMEA at Fluence Bioengineering, specializing in horticulture lighting technologies and plant photobiology. Prior to this, Sebastian was the Laboratory Manager and Lead Biologist at OSRAM, focusing on controlled environment agriculture research projects. Previously, Sebastian worked as a Research Associate at Bayerische Landesanstalt für Weinbau und Gartenbau (LWG), where Sebastian managed projects related to light recipes for plant production. Additionally, Sebastian has experience as an Energy Consultant, advising growers on renewable energy solutions. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Horticultural Science from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
