Jordon Musser

Jordon Musser is the chief product officer for Fluence by OSRAM, where he works closely with the company's global research team to apply the latest in photobiology research to Fluences expanding portfolio of innovative LED solutions for commercial cannabis and agriculture growers.

Musser brings more than a decade of mechanical engineering and product development expertise to Fluence. Prior to Fluence, Musser served in various product development, design, and engineering roles across multiple company divisions at Flex Lighting Solutions. His award-winning work in the company's commercial products, aviation, and defense sectors foreshadowed his future success overseeing its budding horticulture division. As global head of commercial and horticulture LED products and technology, Musser was responsible for growing the company's then-nascent division to its current stature: a multi-department global organization delivering LED technology to customers throughout the world.
