James A. Hilton BSEE, MCPM, MBA, SMIEEE has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. James A. began their career at Scientific Games International as a Project Engineering Supervisor, where they managed special projects related to manufacturing plant equipment and facilities. James A. then moved on to work as a Senior Applications Engineer at Caterpillar Switchgear and Automatic Transfer Switch Organization, where they generated quotations and project estimates for switchgear projects. Hilton later joined Eaton Corporation as a Senior Engineer, specializing in power systems automation. At Rockwell Automation, they served as a Business Development Engineering Manager, leading business development efforts in the oil and gas sector. Hilton also worked at CE+T Power, where they held the roles of Director of Technical Sales Support and Customer Services, as well as Vice President of Engineering and Services. In these positions, they were responsible for managing engineering teams, driving business growth, and providing technical expertise.
