Jerrod Wheeler has a diverse and extensive work history in talent acquisition and talent management. Jerrod is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent and Culture at Fluence since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Fluence since 2022. Before joining Fluence, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Director at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2020 to 2022. Jerrod also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for their own business from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles in talent acquisition at Zendesk, IBM, Microsoft, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Notably, at Booz Allen Hamilton, they developed and led a team dedicated to the Employee Referral Program, which accounted for over 50% of annual hires.
