Andrew Rose has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Andrew started their career as a Web Editor and Podcaster at POP Montreal in 2005. Andrew then moved on to Secret City Records, where they served as the Director of A&R, Digital, and Marketing for nearly a decade, handling various tasks related to social media management, digital assets, publicity, and marketing campaigns.

In 2014, Andrew joined Plank Multimedia as a Senior Digital Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing client accounts, project budgets, and coordinating design and development teams. Andrew also played a significant role in improving the company's production process and implementing agile methods.

Andrew established their own venture, Présence Meditation, in 2017, which later merged with Mindspace Wellbeing. At Mindspace, they held multiple roles, including Digital Strategist and Project Manager, Director of Programming and Digital Strategy, and Director of Programming, Psychedelics, and Digital Strategy. Andrew also taught Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and led initiatives in the field of psychedelics, including harm reduction and integration programs.

In 2020, Andrew became an Educator and Co-Director at Plant Parenthood, focusing on the intentional, therapeutic use of psychedelics and plant medicine, and contributing to community-building efforts through workshops, integration circles, and articles.

From 2021 to 2022, Andrew worked at Numinus, first as Experience Design & Client Care, and later as Director of Programming and Content.

Most recently, in 2022, Andrew joined Fluence as the VP of Marketing & Strategy, where they apply their expertise in marketing and strategy to support the company's goals.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong focus on digital strategy, project management, marketing, and program development in various disciplines, including music, mindfulness, psychedelics, and technology.

Andrew Rose attended Lower Canada College from 1989 to 1998. Andrew then went on to study at the University of King's College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their degree was in English, Contempories Studies, with a Combined Honours program.
