Polina Belimova

Polina Belimova is an experienced educator specializing in English language instruction, with a focus on immigrant populations. Currently serving as an instructor in the CUNY Language Immersion Program and as an ESL instructor with the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, Belimova teaches English for Academic Purposes and provides preparation for various assessments. In addition to these roles, Belimova works as a Russian instructor at Fluent City, emphasizing curricula development and teacher training. Prior experience includes directing studies and teaching ESL at Chiron Training Center, as well as directing educational programs at St. Petersburg State University, where extensive responsibilities included program development, staff supervision, and community engagement. Belimova holds advanced degrees in Curriculum Design, Applied Linguistics, and Cultural Studies from The University of Warwick and St. Petersburg State University.
