Lisamaria Markula

Lisamaria Markula has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2019 to present, they have worked at Fluido as a Project Manager & Team Lead, specializing in digital transformations through Salesforce. Lisamaria has led teams and supported career growth while working on implementations in Finland, Norway, and Germany.

From 2018 to 2021, Lisamaria was the CEO and Founder of Tankay.co, an ethical fashion brand that supports female artisans in Pakistan.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they founded and served as CEO of Train2Impact, a training and consulting firm that focused on sales consulting and coaching, with a particular emphasis on market expansion into Pakistan.

Lisamaria also has experience as a teacher for English and Cultures at Chua Lua - Pagoda in 2015 and as a Visiting Lecturer at IAIN Raden Intan in 2015.

Lisamaria worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited as the Nordic Desk Leader from 2012 to 2015, and before that, they served as a Research Assistant at the Embassy of Finland in 2012.

In 2012, Lisamaria was the Congress Committee Vice President HR and Global Partners for AIESEC in Southern Cone. Lisamaria also had a marketing management role at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited in 2011.

Their early career involved serving as President and External Relations for AIESEC in Pakistan from 2010 to 2011, where they managed operations, partnerships, talent development, and media relations for the organization.

Lisamaria Markula has a diverse educational background. Lisamaria obtained their Matriculation examination with a specialization in speech and drama from Juhana Herttuan lukio in 2003. Lisamaria then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with Third World Studies from the University of Westminster from 2003 to 2006. In 2005, they also studied International Politics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Lisamaria went on to complete two Master's degrees. Lisamaria studied European Studies at King's College London from 2006 to 2007 and at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2007. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in World Politics from the University of Helsinki from 2007 to 2010.
