Bill Carnes

Bill Carnes has been with Fluor since 1987, where Bill currently serves as a Principal Design Engineer, focusing on engineering and project management for the design and construction of industrial facilities. In 2006 to 2007, Bill had a stint as a Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls / York Int'l, where Bill specialized in sales of air handling systems, water chillers, and control systems in upstate SC.
