Stacy Dillow

Stacy Dillow serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Fluor Corporation, overseeing the global Human Resources organization in support of over 40,000 employees since September 2019. Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of Head of Supply Chain Transformation for Unilever in Southeast Asia and Australasia from January 2018 to September 2019, driving significant changes across multiple product divisions and markets. Stacy has an extensive history with Fluor Corporation, with various leadership roles from 1996 to 2017, including Executive Project Director and Transformation Senior Director, focusing on project management, business transformation, and strategic marketing within the energy sector. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed the International Management Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
