Flutterwave is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Account Management. The role involves being responsible for managing and nurturing key enterprise-level relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can understand clients’ needs and align Flutterwave’s products and services accordingly.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, thoroughly understanding their business model, needs and challenges

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, showcasing the value proposition of Flutterwave’s solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential enterprise clients and develop tailored pitches and proposals.

  • Work closely with product development teams to provide client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of Flutterwave’s products and services.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.

Required competency and skillset to be a waver

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field required. Masters degree is preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in enterprise account management, preferably in the financial technology industry

  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, financial services, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose suitable solutions

  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
