Stephen Cohen has over 20 years of experience in sales and account management. Stephen began their career in 1992 as an Account Executive for Kiwitel, where they trained sales personnel and prospected businesses. In 2002, they became an Account Executive for Zeacom, generating sales of call-center software to companies nationwide. In 2004, they joined CMS Communications as an Account Executive, selling telecommunication products and services to large and small clients. In 2008, they moved to Mills Communications as an Account Executive, marketing products and services to multiple industries throughout Southern California. In 2011, they became Supervisor of Onboarding at Kareo, leading an Onboarding team with nine specialists. In 2022, they joined Tebra as Manager of Billco Renewals, leading the Loyalty team and analyzing customer metrics to identify early indicators of possible cancellations. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Fluxergy.

Stephen Cohen obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Operations Management from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics in 1994. Stephen also holds a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross obtained in April 2022.
