Vita Tatter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of Human Resources and organizational development. Vita is currently the Head of People & Culture at Flybotix, a position they assumed in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HR Boost Switzerland as an HR BP and Occupational Psychologist since January 2015. From August 2019 to January 2022, Vita served as the Human Resources Director at Lamina Technologies SA, where they also held the role of Group Human Resources Manager from August 2019 to April 2021. Vita began their career as a Program Manager/Psychologist at Klaipeda Social and Psychological Services Center, NGO from August 2008 to June 2011, where they managed a team of part-time consultants, designed HR procedures, organized educational events, and coordinated EU projects. Overall, Vita Tatter possesses extensive experience in HR and a strong background in people management and organizational development.

In 2016, Vita attended the University of Cambridge where they studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology, although they did not complete a degree.

From 2014 to 2015, Vita attended CIFOM La Chaux-de-Fonds and obtained a Human Resources Swiss Exams Certificate. Their field of study was Personnel, Human Resources.

In 2008, Vita began their Master's degree in Business Psychology at Mykolas Romeris University. Vita completed this degree in 2010.
