Kinga Sobczak

Kinga Sobczak has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Kinga has recently worked as the Head of People at Flying Bisons since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at EY as an HRBP from 2018 to 2022, where they acted as an HR Business Partner for the Tax & Law sub-service function. Kinga'sresponsibilities included managing internal client relationships, talent engagement, performance management, organizational design, and implementing key HR programs and initiatives. Kinga also maintained key metrics and measurements for people-related management reporting. Before EY, Kinga worked as an HR Generalist at CHEP from 2016 to 2017. Kinga was also a member of the HR group at the Board of European Students of Technology from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR Intern at Compensa TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group in 2015.

Kinga Sobczak completed their Bachelor's degree in Geodesy and Cartography at Gdańsk University of Technology from 2012 to 2016. Kinga then attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Human Resource Management.
