Ana Pat V.

Ana Pat V. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ana Pat started their career in 2000 as the Director of Operations at NORTESI, where they led all operating activities and worked closely with the R&D department for future growth. In 2006, Ana Pat V. became the Assistant General Manager at Ace Co., overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing cost controls. Ana Pat then transitioned to working as a Food Safety and Quality Technical Consultant at Smart Meals from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Ana Pat V. is the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Flying Food Group, where they oversee food safety and quality assurance in multi-site operations. Ana Pat'sresponsibilities include coordinating quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Ana Pat V. has a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, which they obtained in 2000. In 2010, they attended Penn State University and completed a Food Safety Program in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Ana Pat V. has also earned several certifications. Ana Pat obtained a Proctor & Instructor certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) in January 2023. In May 2017, they received a Food Safety Preventive Control I certification from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). In October 2016, they obtained a CPFM Food Safety Manager (HACCP) certification from the International HACCP Alliance. Ana Pat also holds certifications in SQF (March 2014), HACCP (June 2013), and Seafood HACCP (May 2012). Additionally, they completed a Food Safety Program certification from the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties in March 2011.
