Monica Boersch-Eberding

Monica Boersch-Eberding has extensive experience in customer relations and management, primarily in the travel and health sectors. At Flyline Tele Sales & Services Gmbh, Monica focused on customer relations in both English and German, where responsibilities included complaint management within the EU from May 2016 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Area Manager at Martin Rossow Consulting, where tasks centered on personnel, customer retention, research, and market development. Monica also worked in administration at Gesundheit Nord Klinikverbund Bremen, managed medical documentation, and oversaw patient management. Experience at Bio Compression Systems Inc. involved building the European market for compression therapies, product introductions, and technical translations. Monica’s longest tenure was at Olimar Reisen Vertrieb, where leadership in sales and customer service spanned nearly three decades, emphasizing customer care, event planning, and conflict management. Monica is also an alumnus of Santa Monica College.
