Robert Haun

VP, AI Delivery at FLYR Labs

Robert Haun is the current Vice President of AI Delivery at FLYR Labs. Robert was previously the Director of Operations Research Innovation and Planning at Southwest Airlines from February 2008 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Student Employment at Santa Clara University from August 2005 to February 2008.

At Southwest Airlines, Robert was responsible for leading a team of analysts in conducting research and developing plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Robert also conceived and designed a comprehensive system to manage, process, and track paperwork for 2,500 student employees while at Santa Clara University. This system reduced data processing time by 50% and data entry errors by more than 50%. In addition, they led a cross-functional team through a comprehensive review of all student employment policies and designed and published two employment manuals based on these revisions.

Robert has always been quick to build relationships and served as the first point of contact for students and departments for all student HR issues while at Santa Clara University. Robert's ability to quickly develop relationships has helped him in their current role as VP of AI Delivery at FLYR Labs. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of engineers and data scientists in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions.

Robert Haun's educational career began with him obtaining their B.S. from Trinity University in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration. Robert then furthered their education by obtaining their Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University with a Finance Concentration. Finally, they completed their education by studying Art and Italian at Temple University Rome.
