Evgeniy Dykhne

Evgeniy Dykhne has extensive experience in the aviation and transportation sectors, serving as President of Ukraine International Airlines from September 2019 to September 2022, where Dykhne oversaw general management, strategic development, and implemented an anti-crisis program during the pandemic, resulting in an $11 million revenue gain. Prior to this role, Dykhne held significant positions at State Enterprise Boryspil International Airport, including First Deputy Director General and Acting Director General, where strategic initiatives led to profitability, increased passenger traffic, and doubled contributions to the budget. Additionally, Dykhne has contributed to JSC Ukrainian Railway, the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine, and Lviv Airlines, with education credentials including a Master’s degree in Organization of Transportation and Management by Air Transport from National Aviation University and a Bachelor’s degree in Wagon-Building from Dnipro National University of Rail Transport.
