Kristian Fields is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing diverse teams and projects within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at FM Conway Ltd since May 2023, Kristian previously held the position of Director of Operations at Flowline Ltd from January 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Balfour Beatty plc and Kier Group, where responsibilities spanned from managing operations to overseeing immediate response and transport logistics.
