Tony O’Farrell

Tony O’Farrell is the current CEO at FM OUTSOURCE LIMITED, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at FM Outsource from December 2019 to June 2020. Tony has also served as the Head of Finance at Gnatta from July 2018 to October 2019 and as the Finance Director at Julian Charles / Rectella from July 2008 to June 2018.

Tony has over 10 years of experience in finance and has a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative solutions that balance the scales between customer experience and cost. Tony is a strategic thinker with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence. Under their leadership, FM Outsource has become a leading provider of customer service outsourcing solutions in the UK.

Tony O’Farrell has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The University of Salford, as well as certification from CIMA in ACMA. Tony also attended Bury College and Prestwich High School.
