Anne Tapp

Anne Tapp currently serves as the Human Resources Director at FMGI, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Previously, Anne held the same title at the City of Cartersville from March 2021 to February 2024 and worked as an HR Consultant at Tapp Consulting Group, Inc. from October 2019 to March 2021. Notably, Anne was the Director of HR-Data & Analytics at Equifax, where key achievements included designing a talent optimization initiative that retained 100% of key talent and facilitating an organizational optimization project. With extensive experience at Wolters Kluwer as a Senior HR Business Partner and at Citi in HR roles, Anne has developed and implemented various HR programs focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and compliance.
