Leontine Specker Turhal

Leontine Specker Turhal currently serves as the Manager of Sustainability Strategy and Policy at FMO, focusing on climate action and addressing inequalities within a significant investment portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director for the Middle East at Stichting SPARK, where management of a regional program portfolio emphasized private sector development and youth and women's entrepreneurship. In a senior resilience advisor role at UNDP, Leontine oversaw the Syria Refugee Response Programme, managing substantial financial resources and relationships with key stakeholders.
