Tamarin Fisher has over 15 years of diverse work experience. Tamarin has most recently worked at Fnality International as the Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing talent acquisition, people operations, and HR duties. Tamarin began their career in recruitment marketing at SAS, where they handled recruitment marketing campaigns for a range of clients. Tamarin started their career at RIG Medical as a Resourcer, specializing in recruiting and placing Allied Health Professionals.

Tamarin Fisher completed their high school education at The National School of the Arts from 1995 to 1999, focusing on subjects such as Portraiture, Maths, Science, English, Afrikaans, History of Art, Drawing, and Design. From 2000 to 2003, they attended Rhodes University, where they obtained a BJRN degree in Journalism and Media Studies. Additionally, they obtained certifications in First Aid at Work from St Johns Ambulance in September 2018 and in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2020.
