Prakash Debidin is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at FNB South Africa since June 2013, responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring training aligns with business needs, and strategic growth through stakeholder consultation and budget management. Previously, Prakash served as a Training Consultant, focusing on training agents in various banking products and systems. Early career experience includes serving as Head of Department/Lecturer at ICESA City Campus in the Banking department. Prakash holds a B.Com degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Durban Westville and a Matric qualification from Stanmore Secondary School.
