Abhilasha Mohandas

Abhilasha Mohandas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Abhilasha currently owns their own business at FocalPoint since July 2023. Before starting their own business, they worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager in Capital Markets Consulting and Programme & Project Management from May 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Technology Consultant in Capital Markets from October 2017 to April 2019, and as a Delivery Project Manager from September 2015 to September 2017. Before Accenture, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Intelogy from January 2013 to August 2015. Abhilasha also worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at University of Nottingham from February 2012 to December 2012, and as a Consultant at Pfizer from April 2011 to September 2011. Their earliest experience was at HSBC, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2006 to August 2010, supporting and maintaining HSBC UK Banking Applications and assisting with application issues.

Abhilasha Mohandas completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy from Nottingham University Business School in the year 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from the Army Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Abhilasha has also obtained several certifications. Abhilasha became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in August 2018, and previously achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in July 2018. In 2017, they became a SAFe Certified Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. Other certifications they hold include Prince2 Practitioner (obtained in January 2016), Professional Scrum Master I (obtained in November 2015), Google Adwords Qualified Individual (obtained in June 2012), and Certified Lotus Professional (obtained in May 2008).
