James Rocha

James Rocha has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. James is currently employed as a Business Coaching Specialist at FocalPoint, a global company where they help businesses and teams achieve success. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Avitus Orthopaedics and as a Regional Sales Director at Zimmer Biomet for several years. James also has experience as a CRO at nuForj while being self-employed. Additionally, James worked as a Sales Manager at The Robert E. Morris Company and as an RSM at Stryker. Their earlier roles include being an Orthopedic Consultant and Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew and serving as an S2 for the 26th BSTB and 20th Special Forces Group in the US Army. James started their career as a Sales Manager at SunTechnics Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd.
