Cheryl Ayers

Cheryl Ayers has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, career transition, executive recruitment, and HR consulting. Cheryl is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Focus Brands LLC, where they are responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies and managing the talent acquisition function for seven restaurant and specialty brands. Previously, Cheryl worked as the President and Career Transition Strategist at Career Vision Group, LLC, where they coached candidates in transition and assisted them in developing job search strategies. Cheryl also held various roles at Korn Ferry, including Team Lead-Executive Recruiter and Director of Client Solutions, where they recruited executives in North America and conducted business development initiatives. Cheryl has also worked at IMPACT Group, Mulling Corporation, Delta Air Lines, Serco, and DBM, where they held roles such as National Business Development Executive, Vice President-Consulting Services, General Manager of Talent Acquisition, Project Director, and Consultant/Career Center Manager. Throughout their career, Cheryl has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, career coaching, business development, and HR consulting.

Cheryl Ayers holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University. Cheryl also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from The University of Southern Mississippi. Additionally, Cheryl has studied Counseling at the University of Southern California. Cheryl has obtained certification in the Berkman Method Assessment.
