Jessica Sauls, SPHR has over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources. Jessica is currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at Focus Brands LLC. Previously, they worked as the Sr. HR Business Partner at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC and as the Human Resources Director at Larson-Juhl. Jessica also held various roles at Encompass Digital Media, Inc., including Director, People - North America, Manager, People - North America, HR Project Manager, and HR Administrator. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pyramid Consulting and held multiple positions at Crawford Communications, including Network Manager, Assistant Network Manager, and Master Control Operator.

Jessica Sauls, SPHR, holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Georgia State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained several certifications, including certification in DISC Behavioral Styles from Data Dome Inc. in 2023, a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2018, and a Strengthscope Practitioner Certificate from Strengthscope® in 2018.
