Cenina Saxton

Cenina Saxton, Ed.D., SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Cenina is currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at Focus Brands LLC, where they oversee talent management and culture development. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at American InterContinental University and as the Global Talent and Organizational Development Leader at Ceridian. At Ceridian, they implemented global talent strategies and organizational development interventions to drive continuous improvement. Cenina also served as the Global Talent Development Leader at Travelport, where they focused on developing DE&I, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies. Additionally, they worked as the Organizational Effectiveness Leader at Southern Nuclear, the Succession Planning Manager at Emory Healthcare, the Organizational Development Consultant at UPS, and the Talent Development - Contact Center Manager at The Coca-Cola Company. In these roles, they contributed to initiatives such as creating leadership development programs, optimizing talent selection and development processes, and implementing change management strategies.

Cenina Saxton, Ed.D., SHRM-CP, PHR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. Cenina also has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and an Ed.D in Human Resources Organizational Development from The University of Georgia. Cenina has obtained various certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, Hogan Assessments Certification, SAFe Agilist Certification, and CLO LearningElite Judge certification from Chief Learning Officer. Cenina is also a Certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant and holds an additional Hogan Assessment Certification.
