Kat Cole

Kat Cole has held several leadership positions throughout their career. Kat started their work experience at Hooters of America, where they served as Vice President from December 1995 to October 2010. Kat then joined FOCUS Brands, where they held multiple roles, including COO and President from October 2010 to January 2021. During their time at FOCUS Brands, they led the company's multibillion-dollar businesses and all operating divisions. Kat also served as President of Cinnabon, Inc., a global franchise and multichannel retail brand. In addition to their roles at FOCUS Brands, Cole has served on various boards, including Athletic Greens, HumanCo SPAC, Slice, Milk Bar, and WFF. Kat has also been involved with organizations like the World Economic Forum and the United Nations, where they have contributed to strategic advisory councils and initiatives.

Kat Cole completed their EMBA in Business/International Business at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2009 to 2010. Kat also obtained a certification in "Why Mentoring Matters" from LinkedIn in 2019.
