Pradeep Jayaraman

Pradeep is responsible for business development and acquisition activities with an emphasis on recruiting top advisors and RIA firms on the West Coast and helping partner firms with mergers and successions. Additionally, Pradeep assists Focus in its international business development efforts.

Prior to Focus, Pradeep was a vice president in Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Investment Banking Division covering Financial Services clients, where he advised clients on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financial and strategic restructurings, and debt and equity capital raising efforts. Pradeep previously worked with Citigroup in a variety of roles in Mumbai, New York and London across Citigroup’s retail, commercial and investment banking divisions.

Pradeep received his MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai, India.
