The Judicial Team at FOD Justitie SPF Justice is dedicated to ensuring the effective functioning of courts and tribunals in Belgium. This multidisciplinary team comprises lay judges, magistrates, court clerks, judicial and financial experts, and interpreters, who collaboratively handle various judicial processes. They play a pivotal role in administering justice, offering expertise in social, commercial, financial, and IT matters, and supporting strategic and digital transformation initiatives within the judicial order.
