Jon Pitcherella

Jon Pitcherella has extensive experience in software development and management. Jon began their career in 2007 as a Software Developer at HomeNet, Inc. before moving on to become a Software Consultant at Jacquette Consulting in 2008. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at B Lab. In 2020, they were promoted to Lead Software Engineer (Engineering Manager) at the same company, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Jon Pitcherella is employed as an Engineering Manager at Follow Up Boss, where they began their tenure in May 2023.

Jon Pitcherella received their Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Italian from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006. In the same year, they also enrolled in Florence University of Arts to study Italian Language and Literature for a brief period. In 2007, Jon completed their Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
