Brad Nations

Brad Nations has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Brad currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at FOLX Health since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Healthcare Strategist-Principal at JBAdvisory starting in November 2021 and as a Strategic Advisor-HealthTech at Aggregate Insights from December 2021.

Before their current roles, Brad held the position of Vice President, Employer Solutions at ConsumerMedical from September 2017 to November 2021. At ConsumerMedical, they focused on providing medical support and guidance to employees and their families, combining clinical expertise with compassionate support and reducing unnecessary surgeries.

Brad also worked as an Enterprise Sales leader at Castlight Health from April 2016 to September 2017. Brad helped bring the Castlight Health solution to large employers, partnering with HR leaders, carriers, and consultants to improve employee health outcomes.

From 2007 to 2015, Brad worked at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange (formerly Extend Health) as a Vice President, Sales/Client Services. Brad led sales and client services efforts for employer groups across the public and private sectors.

Earlier in their career, Brad held roles such as Director of Sales at Sage Telecom from 2004 to 2007 and Director of Sales at Aegon from 2000 to 2004. Brad was responsible for sales performance and building relationships with clients and vendors.

Brad started their career at Bank of America, where they served as Assistant Vice President-Regional Training Manager from 1997 to 2000. Brad was responsible for training and developing customer service professionals within online banking call centers.
