Abdessamad YOUSSFI ALAOUI, PhD, is a distinguished postdoctoral scholar at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and a postdoctoral research scientist at Fondation MAScIR, both since 2021. Since December 2016, Abdessamad has contributed to the academic field as a temporary lecturer at ENSIAS, teaching courses on Deep Learning and Data Visualization for Master's degrees in Data Sciences and Big Data. Abdessamad also serves as a temporary lecturer at the Faculté des Sciences de Kenitra, where machine learning and deep learning concepts are conveyed to students. Abdessamad's research expertise lies in applying artificial intelligence to healthcare, specifically developing monitoring models for the elderly at ADMIRRabat Research Laboratory in Morocco. Abdessamad has prior experience as a quantitative analyst and data scientist at CHRIF YOUSSFI QUANTITATIVE SOLUTIONS and has conducted workshops on object detection and statistical methods using R. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Vision and Machine Learning/Deep Learning from ENSIAS and a Master’s degree in Imaging and Decision-making Computing.
