Loreto Teresa Merello Gera

Loreto Teresa Merello Gera is an experienced professional in instructional design and training management, currently serving as Jefa de Formación y Gestión del Cambio at Fondo Esperanza since March 2024. Previously, Loreto held the position of Líder Academia Americar at Americar from September 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing e-learning and in-person training programs for Chile and Peru.
