Diane Blais

Diane Blais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and communications sectors. Since November 2006, Diane has served as the Rental Services Manager at Fonville Morisey Realty, overseeing rental operations and enhancing digital media strategies to assist clients in the Raleigh-Durham area. Prior roles include Business Development positions at Futures For Kids, where Diane facilitated connections between professionals and students, and Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, focusing on relocation marketing. Earlier experience encompasses corporate housing marketing at Equity Corporate Housing and a notable 22-year career as a radio personality, which included on-air announcing and production roles at various stations, as well as at Jefferson Pilot Communications. Diane holds a Real Estate Broker’s License from HPW Real Estate School and has completed coursework in Communication at Rock Valley College.
