Rose Merto has a diverse range of work experience in the food service industry. Rose began in 2013 as a Catering & Frontline Supervisor at Food Fleet, where they provided excellent customer service and maintained client relationships. Rose then moved on to Sodexo in 2014, where they worked as a Director of Catering at Toyota Headquarters, coordinating staff and delivering creative events. In 2015, they became an Operations Manager at SodexoMAGIC, overseeing daily operations at the headquarters campus of Toyota Motor and managing over $2 million in revenue. Rose recently returned to Food Fleet in 2019 as an Operations Manager, where they manage scheduling, billing, permits, and contracts for events and catering.
Rose Merto's education history begins with their high school education at Middle College High School from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their High School Diploma. Rose then went on to attend Los Angeles Southwest College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies.
Afterward, Rose pursued higher education at Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 2009 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
In terms of additional certifications, Rose achieved the ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in April 2020. Prior to that, in August 2015, they also obtained the Servsafe certification from the same institution.
