Amy Hernandez brings a diverse culinary background with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Since February 2016, Amy has been serving as a Cave Cook at Food for Thought, following roles at The Peninsula Hotels and Four Seasons Hotel, where responsibilities included cooking and internship duties. Additional experience includes positions at Marriott Hotels as a Line Cook and McDonald's Corporation as a Manager. Amy's formal education includes two associate degrees from City Colleges of Chicago, one in Fine Arts and the other in Culinary Arts, as well as a certificate in Computer Science & Engineering and Office Administration from Paul Simon Job Corps.
