Spencer Wellington

Spencer Wellington, CPA, currently serves as the Accounting Manager and Grants Accountant at Food & Friends since March 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining grant files, preparing financial reports, and collaborating on funding proposals. Previous experience includes serving as an Internal Auditor for the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General and as a Tax & Accounting Intern at Exler & Company, Inc., where federal and state tax return preparation was performed. Spencer also held internship positions with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where lead prospecting and customer service were key tasks, and with Ripken Baseball, focusing on tournament operations and officiating. Spencer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Sport Management and Accounting from Robert Morris University in 2019.
