Andrea Nguyen

Andrea Nguyen serves as the Advisory Board President for the Southern Foodways Alliance at the University of Mississippi at Oxford and contributes to Food & Wine. As an established food consultant since 2012, Andrea specializes in Asian cuisine, collaborating with restaurants and food manufacturers to enhance their offerings. Andrea's extensive career also includes roles as an award-winning author, food journalist, and teacher, with previous positions as a freelance columnist for Cooking Light and contributing editor for notable publications such as SAVEUR and Rodale's Organic Life. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Chinese Language from the same institution.
