Joel Voisin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joel started their career in 1998 as an Assistant Clubhouse Manager at Tuckaway Country Club and served in that role for over 11 years. Joel then moved on to The Legend Clubs, where they worked as a Service Manager for over two years. In 2012, they became the Clubhouse Manager at Abbey Springs and held that position for two years before transitioning to West Bend Country Club as a Club Manager. In 2016, Joel joined A'viands as the Assistant Director of Dining Services/Director of Catering serving Alverno College, where they successfully implemented changes to improve efficiency and staff loyalty. Most recently, Joel has been working at Fooda, where they initially held the position of Food Hall Manager and is currently serving as the Cafe Replacement Project Manager. Throughout their career, Joel has consistently demonstrated leadership skills and a dedication to creating a positive work culture.

Joel Voisin attended the Lubar College of Business from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. During their time at the college, they focused on studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
